Reading:
1) english-e-reader.net This is a library of adapted literature for different levels of language proficiency. In the description of the book, I recommend looking at the list of difficult words that will occur in the text. I also like that the books on the site have audio versions - you can listen to an audiobook in parallel with reading in order to immediately remember how words are spelled and pronounced.

Here you can find all the interesting grammar in detail and with examples. As a bonus, this site offers tests to reinforce the material, as well as jokes, proverbs, idioms and courses. Although you will have to pay for the courses. Listening: 1) Podcasts: 6 minute English, 6 minute Grammar, 6 minute Vocabulary
I like these podcasts because the topics of the episodes are very different: from mermaids and cookies to discussions about loneliness or utopia. Each issue is accompanied by a complete transcript of the text and a dictionary with supporting structures from the speech of the presenters.
